Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to

• Use the Service if you are under 18 (or the local age of majority);
• Use the Service where it is prohibited by local law, or to evade gambling restrictions in your jurisdiction;
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract outputs at scale outside the official API plan;
• Resell, rebrand, repackage, or republish forecasts or evidence summaries as your own without a written commercial agreement;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or weights;
• Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or access controls;
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, malware, or otherwise harmful;
• Use the Service to target minors;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our coordinated disclosure process (see contact);
• Interfere with, degrade, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Use the Service to facilitate match-fixing, insider information trading, or any form of sports integrity violation.

API and automation

API access is governed by your subscription plan and the published rate limits. Automation outside those limits, including residential-proxy farms and credential stuffing, is prohibited.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, account termination, refund forfeiture, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement or regulators.
