Complaints
For formal complaints — about a forecast, your account, our handling of a request, or anything else: complaints@sportslab.app
We acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you remain unsatisfied, you can escalate to your local consumer or privacy regulator.
Security disclosures
Coordinated vulnerability disclosure: security@sportslab.app
Please do not perform destructive testing, access other users' data, or publicly disclose details before we have had a reasonable chance to fix the issue (we aim for 90 days).
Law enforcement & regulators
Lawful process should be served to: legal@sportslab.app
Emergency disclosure requests will be reviewed promptly.

What we won't do over email
- Ask for your password;
- Process a refund without confirming your identity;
- Disclose another user's data without lawful basis.
