Guidance for using SportsLab safely and within your limits.
Decision-support only · Not betting advice · No guaranteed outcomes · No wager placement

Our position
SportsLab is a thinking tool, not a sportsbook. We do not encourage gambling. If you choose to gamble based on your own decisions, please do so within strict limits you set in advance.
Principles we ask you to follow
- Treat every forecast as exploratory. The engine ships uncertainty bands for a reason.
- Set a budget for any gambling activity before you start. Treat it as the cost of entertainment.
- Never chase losses. A losing streak is not evidence the next outcome is "due".
- Don't gamble when stressed, intoxicated, or pressured.
- Don't borrow money to gamble.
- Take regular breaks.
Warning signs
Consider seeking help if you:
- Spend more time or money on gambling than you intended;
- Feel anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling;
- Lie about gambling to family, friends, or employers;
- Borrow money or sell things to gamble;
- Try to recover losses by gambling more.
